We offer remote technical support for our clients using CrossLoop.
Please contact us by phone first, and then when instructed, click on the following link to download and install the Crossloop setup program:
Follow all the default responses to install Crossloop: click Run (when asked to Run or Save), then OK, Next, I Accept, Next, Next, Install, Finish.
Note: after installing Crossloop, when the ‘Create a Crossloop Account’ screen appears, click SKIP in the lower right hand corner.
You should now have a Crossloop screen with a unique 12 digit access code. Leave this screen up, and contact us by phone, as we will need this 12 digit access code in order to securely connect to your computer remotely.
